It is so very meaningful to me to help my clients lead whole and fulfilled lives. I am filled with admiration and respect witnessing you take a step towards therapy. By making time for therapy you are choosing to walk in deeper alignment with what matters to you most, and that is significant. All of you, your thoughts, and your feelings are welcome here.

While I treat a variety of presenting problems, I specialize in working with emotions and relationship issues.
This includes life transitions, dating and relationships, marriage, alternative relationships, parenting, self-exploration, sexuality/intimacy, gender, LGBTQ Identity/orientation, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and healing/empowerment around the impact of trauma.

In terms of therapeutic modalities, I use an integrative model of therapy rooted in attachment theory and family systems. I help clients to feel empowered by their past so that they can be focused on the present. You will find that I create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and encourage ‘in the room’ experiences for healing and growth. I have a background in marriage and family therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, Gottman method couples therapy, somatic therapy, internal family systems, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
